Your privacy

Privacy Policy

This policy explains the limited information used to deliver and improve the iMatch documentation site. It applies to this documentation site, not to iMatch products or tournament organizers.

Effective July 13, 2026Last updated July 13, 2026
LegalPrivacy PolicyTerms of UseCookie Policy

1. Who this policy covers

This policy applies when you visit or interact with the iMatch documentation site operated by Suparena Software Inc. Public documentation can be read without creating an account or signing in.

iMatch Portal, Manager applications, tournament registration, and organizer-managed participant information have their own product and organizer practices. Those activities are outside the scope of this policy.

2. Information used by this site

Documentation metrics

The site can record a tutorial view, completion, or helpful/not-helpful response. A record contains the guide and revision, event type, full-page or embedded surface, calendar date, and a one-way hash derived from a random event identifier. These metrics are designed to understand documentation use without building a person-level profile.

The documentation analytics database is not designed to store your name, email address, iMatch account, IP address, browser user agent, referrer, session identifier, or free-form text. As with any website, our hosting provider may process standard request, security, and diagnostic information while delivering and protecting the site.

Information kept on your device

Your browser can store tutorial progress, completion dates, yes/no tutorial feedback, random event identifiers, and your analytics preference in local storage. This information stays in that browser unless an associated tutorial metric is sent as described above.

3. How we use information

  • Deliver, secure, maintain, and troubleshoot the documentation site.
  • Remember tutorial progress and preferences on your device.
  • Measure whether tutorials are opened, completed, or rated helpful.
  • Improve documentation structure, clarity, accessibility, and reliability.

The documentation site does not include advertising or marketing analytics code.

4. Service providers and external sites

We use Cloudflare infrastructure to host, deliver, protect, and store the documentation site and its privacy-minimized tutorial events. Cloudflare may process standard network and security data under its own terms and policies.

Links can take you to iMatch products, Suparena websites, or other external sites. Their privacy practices apply after you leave this documentation site.

5. Your privacy choices

Use Change preference in the site footer to turn documentation metrics off or back on for this browser. The site also respects supported Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals for tutorial metrics.

You can clear this site's local storage using your browser settings. Doing so removes saved tutorial progress, feedback state, random event identifiers, and the saved opt-out preference from that browser. See the Cookie Policy for the exact local-storage records.

6. Retention and security

Device-local records remain until you clear them or your browser removes them. We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect site operations and restrict the documentation analytics collected by the application. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Server-side tutorial event records currently have no fixed automatic expiration. We retain them while reasonably needed to improve and troubleshoot the documentation, protect the site, or meet legal requirements, and may delete them through operational maintenance.

7. Changes and contact

We may update this policy as the documentation site changes. The effective and last-updated dates above identify the current version.

For questions about this policy or privacy requests, contact Suparena Software Inc. through the company website.
