    Complete tournament metadata

    Create a draft with the real event details

    Set Name, Schedule, Venue, Sport, rating system, description, and whether door check-in is required.

    Define Events & format

    Add an event with the Event Wizard

    Choose Singles, Doubles, or Mixed Doubles; age/gender rules; a reusable format; and review the stage preview.

    Confirm Total tables available

    Set the venue table inventory

    The released table inventory is real. Do not treat the richer session, break, or floor-plan controls as part of the default release.

    Resolve incomplete setup

    Review the Draft setup checklist

    Manager's setup surface groups Metadata, Events & format, Tables, and Documents. Add optional prospectus, terms, poster, or sponsor files before publishing.
