Player guide: register, prepare, compete, follow

The shortest safe path from a tournament link to a finished result.

Register with a contact you can verify

  1. 01

    Open the official link

    Use the organizer's Portal link or QR and confirm the tournament name and dates before entering personal information.

  2. 02

    Choose the right events

    Check age, rating, gender, partner, and schedule requirements before selecting events.

  3. 03

    Verify your contact

    Use the latest code sent to the offered phone or email channel. Optional SMS tournament updates are opt-in, not assumed.

  4. 04

    Finish payment if redirected

    When offered, complete the Stripe-hosted Checkout and wait for the paid registration confirmation.

  5. 05

    Keep your player link

    Save the returned player-page or confirmation link and report duplicates to the organizer instead of submitting again.

Prepare without relying on screenshots

  • Re-open the live Portal page the evening before and again on arrival.
  • Confirm the venue, time zone, event name, draw, and schedule.
  • Arrive before the organizer's stated check-in deadline.
  • Tell the desk immediately if you will be late or must withdraw.
  • Ask about a discrepancy before your next round depends on it.

During and after your match

  • Report to the assigned table only after the match is called.
  • Confirm your opponent and event before play starts.
  • Verify the result and game scores while everyone involved is still present.
  • Use the organizer's dispute process rather than trying to repair progression through another match.
  • Follow the Portal tournament page for subsequent schedule and draw updates.
